While there is a great deal of information and resources for FSOs regarding most aspects of Industrial Security, such as DCSA’s CDSE training, NCMS, between their chapter meetings, mentoring, ISP certification, etc., there is very little information about complex business structures. FSOs are responsible for submitting the SF-328, and Question 1 requests in depth information about the ownership of the company.
While for some companies that could be fairly easy, for others in this era of layering investment vehicles above the operating company, it could be much more difficult. We can coach your FSO through the process so that they can both get the correct information to DCSA (or DOE, etc.) and they can learn along the way to be prepared for future ownership changes.
